This action cannot be undone
- When your account is deleted, your profile details, saved addresses and payment methods are permanently removed.
- Your past trip records are retained in anonymised form for 10 years, as required by tax and accounting legislation.
- The deletion cannot be completed while you have an active trip or an outstanding balance.
- You may register again with the same phone number or email address, but your previous account cannot be restored.

Other Ways to Delete Your Account
You can also delete your account from within the app via Profile → Account Settings → Delete My Account. Alternatively, send your request from your registered email address to [email protected]. All requests are resolved within 30 days.
