0 Promil is not a taxi or a car rental service. You stay in your own car and our professional driver takes the wheel. Whether you have had a drink, feel tired, have a health issue or simply prefer not to drive, we get your vehicle to its destination safely.

Every driver has at least five years of driving experience. Our application process includes licence verification, criminal-record checks, reference calls and a face-to-face interview. Accepted drivers also complete training in safe driving and customer communication.

Throughout the journey your vehicle is covered by the 0 Promil assurance policy in addition to your own existing insurance. Should an incident occur, our support team manages the process from start to finish. Full details are in our Terms of Service.

You can hire a driver on a daily, weekly or monthly basis. Once you submit your request in the app, our team contacts you, matches a suitable driver and agrees the contract model with you.

All payments are taken in the app using your saved credit or debit card. The fare is charged automatically at the end of the journey and your e-invoice is sent to your registered address. We do not accept cash.

You can request deletion from Profile → Account Settings → Delete My Account in the app, or through our Delete Account page. Your request is processed after verification.
